Orders

1. Orders can be made by phone, fax or email. You may also visit any of our outlets to place orders.

Pricing

2. Prices are in Singapore currency, inclusive of 7% GST ( Goods & Services Tax ).

3. Overseas buyers enjoy GST exemption.

4. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

5. We accept CASH, NETS, VISA and MASTER cards at our retail outlets, or CASH and NETS upon delivery.

6. Overseas payment is to be made by telegraphic transfer, with bank charges borne by customers.

Delivery

7. We ship locally and internationally.

8. Local  delivery (Singapore mainland) charges -

9.  A surcharge of $32 will be added to the above rates for deliveries after 6p.m. and before 9a.m on weekdays, after 3p.m. on weekends, on Sundays and public holidays, or on the very day of placing an order.

10. Orders placed before 3p.m. may be delivered the next working day (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excluded)

11. Delivery rates of bulky items ( >25Kg ) will be individually quoted.

12. Should an order be cancelled after delivery has been activated, 100% of delivery fee will still be charged.

13. For non-mainland Singapore and overseas purchases, please email us for quotations on freight charges, indicating your preferred shipping mode ( air courier, air freight, sea freight, truck ).

Repair & Maintenance

14. Purchased Item Under Warranty - We will bear the cost of replacements of faulty parts due to manufacturing defects (not normal wear and tear), but not transport and labour.
15. Purchased Item Beyond Warranty - The customer will pay for all parts, transport and labour.
16. Loan Unit - Out of goodwill, we offer a loan unit for use (if available) while the purchased unit is under repair. However, the loan unit is not under warranty, and when it becomes faulty while in use, the customer will need to send it back to us for exchange of another loan unit (if available).

17. Repair & Servicing Hours - Our normal office hours on Monday to Friday.
18. Rental Unit - Please refer to the terms and conditions under rental rates.
19. Our technical team provides repair & maintenance services at starting rates as follows :

20. For collection and delivery of equipment on repair, please refer to clauses 7-13 under "Delivery"

Return of Goods

21. Goods sold can only be returned strictly upon our company's discretion. A re-stocking fee of between 10-30%, plus transport fees and GST (if applicable) of the purchase price may be charged.
